E.T.M. Unlimited is a California company dedicated to the use of music for the purpose of enriching the lives of children and adults. ETM offers parents, teachers and caregivers a number of compelling, enriching and educational music programs.
Music and song are unparalleled as a medium for enrichment. This medium has the potential, not only to entertain, but to educate effectively, while providing the opportunity to develop creative and imaginative skills.
In addition, music is the perfect means to communicate important values and character building skills, through songs that use positive and compelling messages.
ETM specialists develop age-appropriate lyrics that are both imaginative, informative, and that allow the child to individualize the learning experience through the use ofHoward Gardner's concepts of Multiple Intelligences.
This is accomplished through movement, dramatic (creative) play, crafts, visual aids and discussion. This encourages and inspires the child to explore the subjects through their own diverse learning styles.

Alan Riva (Captain Al) is the founder and president of ETM (Enrichment Through Music).
Alan is a seasoned musician, songwriter and preschool educator, having spent 12 years creating and performing innovative and enriching entertainment for thousands of preschool children. He has received critical acclaim from parents, teachers, and caregivers for his keen ability to understand how young children learn through music,
along with his unique way of communicating positive values and critical preschool foundational skills with an innovative combination of song, movement, activities, puppets, and social learning skills.
Robert Reiher, Ph.D., is founder and President of E-SMART CHOICE (enrichment smart choice), a company which offers enriching product and program consulting and development. Through 25 years of experience, Dr. Reiher has integrated media psychology, human development, learning theory and brain research into the
E-SMART consulting paradigm.
Robert brings a broad combination of training and experience from the fields of experimental, educational, and clinical psychology, business, education, and entertainment. He has been actively involved as a researcher, instructor, musician, and media consultant.

Karin Howard, MA, CCC-SLP (CA license #SP8114) is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Karin has provided services in a multitude of settings and client populations. Settings include private practice, hospitals, outpatient, and day centers. Client populations vary from mild to severe issues revolving around: stroke, blindness, stuttering, fluency, vocal abuse, developmental disabilities, larnengectomy, accent reduction, autism, and articulation.
